I know I keep posting about my dumb cyst on my right ovary (I’m starting to annoy myself, so I apologize), but I have a question.
Do any of you with cysts ever feel sick after you eat? After I eat a big meal during the day I get a crampy feeling in my stomach and a few times I have felt really light headed to the point where I had to put my head down at work. UGH! I get a strange pain/hot feeling in my side. I read that cysts can make you nauseated, so is this normal? Maybe I’m just obsessing to the point where I’m giving myself a stomach pain. This has been going on for a while.
Also, anyone with cysts feel fatigued more frequently than before? I’ve been exhausted the past few months. Maybe I”m just stressing myself out, or maybe I really am fatigued. Not sure. I just know I’m tired of the abdominal aches.

I have a cyst on my right ovary as well. Sometimes when it’s causing more pain, I do get a crampy feeling after I eat, but more in the intestinal area than the stomach. I have gotten lightheaded occasionally, but I never associated that with the cyst–although cysts do mimic the symptoms of pregnancy. For instance my breasts never used to get sore before my period and now they do during ovulation and period thanks to this damn cyst.

@mrsjazz: oh wow, Thank you for the response. My boobs bothered me a bit more than usual this past period, and I kept checking for lumps since they were so sore. I would say my stomach pain is in the intestinal area, as well. It’s just a strange pain to pinpoint. I didn’t know that they can mimic the signs of pregnancy, that would explain my feeling as though I might vomit at strange times? What is being done with your cyst? I have to get another ultrasound in a month, then I’m not sure what they will do if it is still there.

I have a cyst on my right ovary as well and this month I learned that it can give you early pregnancy symptoms as well. Apparently, I ovulated later than usual and got to experience a late period, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, cramps and sore boobs which naturally made me believe that I was preggo despite 3 negative HPTs. Thanks ovarian cyst!
We found mine about a month ago and my dr said they usually resolve themselves in 2 – 3 months. I have another ultrasound scheduled for next month. The dr. said if it looked like it was growing or showing no signs of shrinking then the would try to remove it. For now, I’m taking birth control pills in an effort to shrink it. Good luck!

This cycle I made a cyst on my left ovary 🙁 It’s actually a recurring problem, in the last 7 cycles I’ve made three cysts. Kill me now. I was on BC for a while to control them but I want to TTC come the wedding, plus I hate ingesting all those hormones, ick.
To me it feels better after I eat. I don’t know if the fullness in my stomach is balancing out the fullness in my pelvic area? Ugh. I don’t really have any advice I just wanted to tell you I feel your pain 🙁
