I attended a wedding at Wolf Mountain Winery that was really nice. Their wedding chapel is outdoors - but covered- and the view is spectacular. There is an indoor area for a reception but it would probably only hold 50-75 comfortably before it gets too crowded.
For anyone who doesn't know: the Georgia Wineries are very nice and worth a day trip.

Says they can accommodate 200 (sorry)... ![]()
We contacted Wolf Mountain but they said you need at least 100 guests. We only plan to have 60-70. Have you heard anything about Frogtown or Montaluce?
I visited Frogtown for a tasting. It was very nice there and the views were lovely (http://www.flickr.com/photos/frogtown) They don't have a dedicated chapel area but there is a porchy area where you can seat your guests. You can see it in the photos.
We didn't make it to Montaluce but their website is spectacular - I wish we had driven by there...
We eat brunch alot at Wolf Mountain. It is gorgeous. I haven't yet been to Monteluce or to Frogtown but they're on my short list.
A gorgeous place with a smaller package is on the GA coast and on my short list.. jekyll island beach resort. They have two packages that can be also tweaked a little for more or less guests. Gorgeous venue! Been there for dinner and accidentally witnessed a gorgeous wedding there..thus on my short list.

Has anyone been to a wedding at one of the Dahlonega wineries? If so, which one(s) and how was it?
