No

2. How much soda do you drink in a week?

Quite a bit, but I don’t think it’s unhealthy as most of it is club soda.

3. Do you drink Diet beverages?

Yes, about 1 glass/day of cranberry cocktail sweetened with sucralose, and the occasional diet pop.

4. Is more than 35% of your diet frozen, canned, boxed, or processed foods?

Yes, I don’t see a problem with this though.  Frozen/canned fruits and veggies are often better (more nutrients) than non-processed ones that had to be shipped.

5. How much water do you drink in a day?

Not enough!

6. How much coffee do you drink in a day?

None

7. How much alcohol do you drink in a week?

About 5 drinks

8. Describe how you feel about your appetite:

It varies.

9. Average hours of sleep per night?

Not enough, lately probably 6.

0-10 ounces (1 cup when I have it, but that’s only every couple weeks)

Not much. Maybe 2 drinks/month if that.

8. Describe how you feel about your appetite: TOO GOOD / JUST RIGHT / NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Too good.

9. Average hours of sleep per night?

7-9 hours.

Occasionally.

I don’t think know… maybe?

Not enough.

One per day.

Also not enough. Jk… once or twice a week, between 1-3 glasses.

Too much, I’m always hungry.

I shoot for 8 but it’s usually closer to 7.

4. Is more than 35% of your diet frozen, canned, boxed, or processed foods? No (well, it wasn’t before I got pregnant, now I have a lean pocket and mac-n-cheese craving)

5. How much water do you drink in a day? more than 60 oz

6. How much coffee do you drink in a day? 1 cup of decaf with no cream and no sugar

7. How much alcohol do you drink in a week? None.  Before I was pregnant I’d have a  glass of wine with dinner on occasion.

8. Describe how you feel about your appetite: TOO GOOD / JUST RIGHT / NOT GOOD ENOUGH Great.  I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full, and snack if I need to.

9. Average hours of sleep per night? I’m in bed over 8 hours, but only get 6-7 hours of restful sleep as I’m up at least once in the middle of the night to pee.

YES- but we’re starting a whole foods diet today (out with anything boxed, bagged, or processed)

2-3 glasses

1 cup (limit myself to 1 suger pack)

7. How much alcohol do you drink in a week?

at least 7 glasses of wine, maybe some shots & mixed drinks too

Just right

9. Average hours of sleep per night?

5. How much water do you drink in a day? abour 66 oz

6. How much coffee do you drink in a day? 24 oz

7. How much alcohol do you drink in a week? varies but I’m sure too much – probably on average 12 (beers) per week

usually about 2.5 litres (four camelbak waterbottles) – I think that’s over 80 ounces…I love water!

zero

2-3 drinks

low to average

That makes me look WAY healthier than I feel!

No.

I don’t drink soda at all.

Nope.

Definitely not. We don’t eat processed foods really at all. Sometimes I’ll use canned tomatoes or beans if I’m in a rush cooking something but otherwise, no.

5. How much water do you drink in a day?
Anywhere between 6-10 large glasses I guess.

6. How much coffee do you drink in a day?
I drink coffee twice per week (on days that I teach, for a bit of extra energy). I drink a TON of tea though.

7. How much alcohol do you drink in a week?
I drink only once every few months.

I don’t have much appetite and should probably be eating more.

Ugh, around 5 hours, maybe 6-7 on weekends. I really need to work on this…

@LucyLaLa:  Definitely when you’re dealing with health issues, ‘frozen’ is referring to frozen processed foods, not frozen raw ingredients like fruit or veggies.

@LucyLaLa:  haha, for sure! I don’t really feel unhealthy, necessarily, but not at my peak. I ran a half marathon last april so that was definitely one of the healthiest times of my life – now I’m lucky if I go to the gym once a week!

No (We do eat a lot of frozen veggies, but I don’t consider frozen fruits and veggies with nothing else (no preservatives, no included sauce, etc.) to be in this category.)

Probably around 6 glasses.

0-3 cups, depending on the day and location.

1 glass of wine or beer, about twice a week. (I usually drink more, but I”m breastfeeding so I’m keeping it low, and drinking it right after I feed him so it has time to be metabolized before he needs to eat again.)

Just right

9. Average hours of sleep per night?

Probably 5-6 with the new baby, with at least an hour awake with him during the night. I’m sleep deprived right now.
