I heard of it for the first time on Tuesday and downloaded it. Wanted to do it on Wednesday mornign but…. too lazy.
Finally did a 10 min full body workout and was really amazed on how quickly my heart rate gone up and how exhausted i felt right after and how hungry i was within 30 min of doing it.
Feel energetic all day today now.
Tomorrow i’ll do it again!
only 10 minutes… thats crazy!
Just wanted to share with bees that want to start some sort of work out routine at home and don’t have much time. I can feel my legs already LOL…. yeah i guess i am out of shape!
