Yikes, I’m in CNY and am so glad I’m not in Buffalo. I have family there and the pics they are posting online aren’t pretty.

Stay safe and warm inside…a test can wait Laughing

@nutMeg13:  stay safe and warm.  We have the cold here but thankfully no snow – I’m hoping we don’t get any, this city does not know how to handle winter at all.

What happens if you do drive?  Is the store closed?  What kind of car do you have?

What do people do if they need groceries or medicine?

I live in Texas, and even we’ve had the weather hit us – yesterday it was TWELVE degrees when I left for work!

i wish they had a driving ban enforced right now =(

i’m just getting ready to leave work and all i hear are horror stories about how the roads are an ice rink.

it was -38 with the windchill this mornig when i came in. basically not fun conditions for anyone, pregnant or not!

I’ve lived in Buffalo and also in Fredonia (I think the snow may have been worse there!) and choosing to drive in these conditions is just not a good idea. It’s almost impossible.

That said, I hope that white out clears up and the ban is lifted so you can get some tests! Also, say hello to Wegmens and tell them I miss them dearly!

if you are stuck at home anyway and don’t have anything to do you could always try some of these!

I can’t speak for thier accuracy but you probably have most of the supplies needed around the house, and it would be an interesting way to pass time. Definately report your findings

Wheatfield here!  I had to go to work today and also tomorrow even with a driving ban. I guess people really like their sweets. Hopefully your forced patience will pay off with a BFP 🙂
