There’s an “accepts,” box and a “declines” box on our RSVP card.
So far, people who have either declined, or accepted, put a simple lil check mark in either box. Nice and easy, right?
My FI’s mom’s friend-of-the-family (they call her a cousin, but she isn’t by blood) doesn’t like me. She used to ADORE me, but now she doesn’t. Big deal. Whatever. Moving on…
She didn’t just check the “declines” box. Nope.
She checked the box so virgorously, many, many, times, that it almost is ripping through the card, also, she CIRCLED the word “declines” AND circled the box itself.
Sh*t, lady, I get it, you aren’t coming. You didn’t have to use a whole Bic’s pen worth of ink on making sure we got the point.
What is wrong with people?

She wanted to send a clear message. She accomplished her goal. Unfortunately for her, the message she sent is that she is an ungracious b_____.

@AquaGrey8962: how rude of her and very immature. why did you even invite her? i wouldn’t have wasted a stamp on someone like that.

I’m surprised she bothered to return it; she could have ripped up the invitation set and thrown it in her fireplace.

#1 (on the left) is a “normal” RSVP. A simple check mark. (This person went above and beyond, by adding a nice smiley face. Aww!)
#2 (on the right) is this bitch. I forgot to mention she added an ARROW from her name, to the box…

LOL, I’m surprised she didn’t cross out “regretfully” and write in something like “enthusiastically.”
