LOL...you are too funny. I can totally sympathize with you...my trainer just started me on a new diet and I already feel like I'm starving.
I think the goal to "dieting" is NOT to diet. Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day, all between 200-300 calories, every two hours or so, and drink plenty of water. The meals should have a fair amount of protein and fiber to help keep you full.
It always helps when maintaining or losing weight to get some cardio in regularly. It doesn't have to be intense or daily, just 20-30 minutes at moderate intensity 4-5 days a week.
Oh, one last thing: Give yourself a cheat day. Craving food every day and not fulfilling that craving will just throw you off and make you quit!
Good luck! I'm a fellow October bride too and can't wait!
Thank you. I hope it's not ... too late to eat!!!!!!! I think I'll go have some of my raw food granola with rice milk. So hungry.
sometimes when I feel super hungry at night I'll try ginger tea/hot water with lemon, or mineral water - the carbonation makes me feel full.
I am soooo with you on the inability to diet!

Help. Me.
Lol.
I cannot do a diet. I am just trying to maintain and tone, but it is sooo hard. Also, I am all hormonal b/c I threw off everything by messing up, quitting, waiting to go back on the pill.
I want junk food and chocolate. RIGHT NOW.
Ok. Ha.
