Okay so I HATE working out! I hate hate hate it. Sure I mentally feel good after, but all that other stuff…no thanks. So instead I’m going to throw dance parties for me, myself, and I. Yesterday I just cranked up some music and boogeyed, threw in a few chores when I needed a break (dusting and dancing= fun cleaning). Of course my fiance was at work while this all occurred, he doesn’t need to see some of my more pathetic moves.
Do any of you do random things like this because you hate to real exercise, but want to do something besides sit on the sofa?
I figure it has to be better than lounging around and I’m going to have a really clean apartment! HAHA

I do it all the time!!!!!!!!
Not for the same reason because I am a gym addict but because its fun!
When I clean (weekly) I am home alone and I crank the music and I dance my brains out and usually I do REALLY BAD dance moves on purpose just because I want to! Mr. M knows I do it but I would NEVER let him catch me in the act

I do it too! I’ll bust a move while doing the dishes or cleaning but I’ve been caught by the Mr one too many times!
I really like DDR, they have a work out mode that’s pretty fun! I dance until my legs feel like Jello or my brain is no longer communicating with my feet, lol! It’s a video game so it doesn’t really feel like a workout and even Mr. F plays with me!

I love having dance parties all by my self! And cleaning + music = best cleaning ever! It’s definitely fun and helps add a little exercise you otherwise wouldn’t get!

I used to do dance around the house all the time, until I got busted dancing & singing “Respect” (at the top of my lungs of course). Seriously it was baaaaad. I’m so ashamed I haven’t had a 1 minute dance party since… lol
