I have used Megan's Corner Catering for a wedding I did in Morristown. She may be able to help you on short notice.
Try Graybeal's Catering Out of Sevierville or Chef Tony. Mountain Harbor Inn is technically in Dandridge, but any vendor in Sevier County will likely go there since the lake is half in that county.
There is also Angelo's at the Point which is on the lake and caters. Another option is New Orleans on the River. They are in Kodak but only about 10 min from the Inn.
