I used them for my wedding band. It was a little bit of a headache but I don't want to deter you because the end result was great. The first order I placed got cancelled without our knowledge because they couldn't get a hold of us by phone to confirm something about the order although they had confirmed our order by email previously. So my band didn't come in before my wedding. I had a stunt double. I called them after I got back from my honeymoon and had to reorder my ring. It came in and is perfect. The first part could have happened anywhere! I think their jewelry is very good quality.
I ordered my engagement ring setting and matching wedding band from this site (for the same reason as you, I wanted palladium and they had a wide selection) and had a fantastic easy experience.
I ordered my wedding band from Danforth Diamond and had a great experience. I'm all the way over the other side of the world and the postage was quick and painless and my ring is gorgeous.

I'm considering it for my wedding band because it's one of the only places that has diamond wedding bands in palladium (at least that I can find so if you have other options please let me know!), but I want to be sure they are a reputable site/company. Let me know your experience if you've used them!
