@Zoie00: I’m in the same boat. I’m looking into the possibility of having the shoes DYED.

I know I picked my colors and BM dresses from David’s Bridal, and I think they can dye shoes as well, I’m still looking into it, but I have to know soon. I have a fitting on July 21st, and I have to have my shoes so we know length/heigth, etc.

GOOD LUCK! Let me know if you find anything!

I’m having the same problem as both of you ladies. I’m looking for purple shoes and having a really hard time. I’ve been stalking zappos, endless, and 6pm like no one’s buisness but sadly no luck. (I bought a pair on 6pm that are beautiful but the heel is 1/2″ taller than advertised and simply too high for me.) I’ll eagerly wait to see if anyone else has had any luck recently though!

WELL… I just found a cute pair on David’s Bridal. I’m not sure what color purple you ladies are looking for, but my color is LAPIS.

If you go to the website and go to ALL SHOES they are on page 5, they are shown in CORAL and called Satin Peep Toe Platform Heel with Bow. Style: Maribelle.

I think they’re cute, but I’ll have to see them in person and try them on 🙂

Ithink I got mine at zappos. They are Jessica Simpon. I like them, dont love them. There are so many pretty ones out there, but I wasnt going to buy new ones after I impulsively bought these.

I bought socks for he groomsmen to match

I got mine from LeChateau 🙂 Not sure if I’m going to wear them though…. they make me like 6’1″. The purple is the exact color as my bridesmaids dresses though!

I would suggest looking locally at EVERY shoe store around. I looked online, but didn’t think it would be the right purple. Most shoe stores will order from other stores across the country & they have better return policies. Good luck!

i bought some satin ones from DSW and dyed them. You need to go to a shoe store that sells dyeables and have them done there. They won’t guarantee how they will come out if they aren’t technically dyeables. Mine came out fine though. not 100% perfect, but they’ll do the trick.

I got mine at target.com  for$11.49 on clearance.  I’ll try and post a pic later on, but they look just like this, but in purple.  And there pretty comfortable too! I’m thinking about adding a little bling to the toe, but I’m not sure.  I’m not sure if there still in stock, but good luck!
