For date night, we usually rent a movie and make homemade personal size pizzas. We always have a lot of fun picking out what topping we want and putting it together.
Bowling, local sporting event, movie, nintendo wii at home, comedy club, laser tag, pool/darts at a bar...
I love board game or card nights!
But we also do a lot of movies or active activities like going for a walk or rollerblade in the park!
I would think about the things that you two like to do together.
For our date nights, we usually do the movie thing but since the weather is nicer here we may hit up one of the parks and stroll around and enjoy each other's company. I know it may be boring to others but this is what we love to do.
Do you have a place that you can play miniature golf or go to play laser tag?
Or you can rent a movie from the redbox and pop popcorn. I surprised FI like this to cheer him up. Target has cute little movie popcorn containers in the $1 section that I put the corn in. I also bought some movie candy. It was like we were in the theater, but we could snuggle :)
I second the board and card games. Those are really fun!

We are having a date night. We will probably go out after dinner because I'm on weight watchers. We often go out to a bookstore and have coffee. Any other ideas of ways to mix it up? He doesn't like shopping.
