- Wedding: November 2013
I’m considering 2 options for the wording of the dates and times on my invitation:
Saturday, the thirtieth of November
Two thousand and thirteen
Ten o’clock in the morning
Kindly reply by the second of November
Saturday, the 30th of November, 2013
10 o’clock in the morning
Kindly reply by the 2nd of November
I understand it depends on the formality of my wedding. But because we’re having a budget wedding, I’m not sure just how “formal” my wedding is.
I’m wearing a chiffon dress with a simple silhouette, the men are in tuxes with long ties and dress shoes. It’s a chapel ceremony and a golf course clubhouse reception. The invitations are not printed on fancy paper, but it’s structured a little differently than other invitations, and has a custom design that I’m hoping will wow my guests.
In my shoes, which wording would you pick?
