For all the David’s Bridal brides – did you get a rewards book that allowed you to get $20 OFF BM dresses? If so, is anyone not using theirs? I didn’t buy my dress from DB but am looking to get my BM dresses there and would love to help my girls save some money. Let me know if I’m completely off though…thanks!!

@MrsBillyBall: I’m in my friend’s wedding and I got $20 off, but I think it goes by the bride’s name, at least that’s how they did it when I bought my dress.

The accounts are under the bride’s name. I had to give my name even when I went in to purchase a pair of heel guards for my shoes so all purchases have to be made within an account. Also, the $20 off only works with dresses that are not on sale.

Thanks @housebee and @DanielleElizabeth! Just confirming – but this is only available to brides who buy their dress from DB?

Yeah it just goes by the bride’s name. We just went shopping on Saturday. We bought two dresses, one was on sale for 129.99 and those girls did not get $20 off, the other was 159.99 and those girls DID get $20 off.
And yes, the bride has to buy her dress at DB in order for the BMs to get the discount.

Just confirming that yes, the bride must have an account at DB and have bought her dress there in order for them to get the discounts.
A friend tried to pull the whole “but we haev the coupon” thing even though she bought her dress elsewhere. It did not work.

Even though my friend got her dress at DB we didn’t get the discount either because our dresses were on sale. So if you find a BM dress on sale there, the coupons might not have helped you anyway.
