First you're beautiful and so is the dress! Secondly, if there are things you want to change about the dress, then its not THE one. Perhaps you are on the right TRACK and you know what you're looking for, but this might not be the dress for you. And no, those lines wont go away, they are part of the way the material laps over on its self and they will be there in the final alterations.
If you're wanting something with a corset back and a sweetheart neckline and with out the lines, eventually you're going to be disapointed with this one and wished you had taken the time to find what you really wanted.
My advice: keep looking. the dress that has everything you want is out there. Of course it might take more than 10 dresses to find it. (I don't know how many you've tried on so far) It took me 205 dresses. Some people find it in one dress, others take longer. Hopefully yours doesn't take as long as mine did, but you owe it to yourself to keep hunting. You'll be glad you did when you find that dress that has everything.
I like how it sparkles...I think it needs a sash or something to break it up and add something extra..did you try one on with it? I think it would look pretty with sweetheart
@DisneyBrideCKB: Well i purchased this dress. I TRUELY am happy with this dress and absolutely LOVE how it sparkles from top to buttom. What I was explaining in my post is what I was just wondering would look good with this dress as a final touch. I know davids bridal can make the alterations of a corset back and sweetheart neckline but definately DONT want to do it if its gonna horrify the look of my dress lol. Im very much content with keeping the look of this dress as I myself have tried on a ton of dresses and found this one to be THE ONE. Im a girl that loves sparkles and this truely gave it the look of what i wanted :). im also just the type of person that wonders how things would look with different changes. Im that way with literally EVERYTHING lol
@Jamcnair: I tried it with the watermelon color sash but when i tried it i was eiffy about it just because ive never been a dress person so im terrible at guessing what looks good and doesnt look good lol
babyface2390 Oh! Well congrats on finding the dress! Like I said I think its beautiful. If they can make those alterations for you then all the better! I think it would look just as stunning with those changes.
I like the idea of a sash too, and it doesn't hurt to try it! Certiantly doesn't cost anything to see. I love the detail at the bottom and all the sparkles.

I like the sparkles too. I love your idea with pinching the top for a bit of a sweetheart top. Once its taken in to fit you, or you order your size, it will take shape around your figure and look great.

so i found my dress however i kinda want to make a few adjustments. I always loved the sweetheart neckline and the corset backs. Do you think I should do it to this dress or leave as is. The picture of me in the dress looks like im swimming in it but thats because it needs the alterations. Im very petite as im only 5'0 but weigh around 139 so i feel like i completely look fat in it =/...i was wondering what everyones opinion is of this dress. also does anyone know if the lines in the dress will not be as visible once alterations are done? ignore what i look like in the picture tho i was completely exhausted by the time i was done trying dresses and didnt care what i looked like in the pic i just wanted the pic of the dress to show off
