    keep in mind that dresses from DB often come in a lot earlier than they say (in my experience!)

    If the wedding is in september I dont think you have enough time to wait for the new collection

    It seems like the bride is OK, but you feel awkward.  So, if you can find something on sale, go for it.

    First, as joy2011 pointed out, DB dresses usually come in a couple weeks, not months.  You probably have until mid-August to pull the trigger.  The only problem with a sale dress is limited size/colors.  But you can always check the store and see if they can get it from another store.
