Hi Bees! I’m sort of (prematurely) freaking out and need some reassurance.
I picked up my David’s Bridal dress two weeks ago but only tried it on this evening. In opening the special bag they put the dress in my mother and I discovered that David’s forgot to include the bolero which is a large reason why I ordered the gown!
It took about 3 and a half months for the dress itself to come in so I’m worried that even though it is their mistake the bolero won’t come in on time as the wedding is in a little over three months.
Has anybody else had a similar problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Call the manager of the store you got it from and explain the situation. If that doesn’t work contact [email protected] which is the email to their corporate customer service office and they should contact you and help you out. I haven’t had this situation with David’s, but I found the corporate office extremely helpful.

I’d be upset, I’d have them try to track one down soi could get it fed exed

Thanks guys! I’ll give them a call today and if that doesn’t work, contact corporate. This is the second David’s order for my wedding that has gone awry which was unanticipated as I have never had any problems before. Oh well, what are you going to do? 🙂
