When will you be taking pictures? And are you having a receiving line? Those are the only two things I see missing - unless you're skipping them, we skipped the receiving line to save time at our wedding and just went to every table to greet people.
Pictures are before the ceremony (9:00-11:00) and we're going to greet guests at tables. Since there's no room switch there's no logical way to get everyone up to walk past us. Unless we did it in the buffet line, lol.
Wow pictures at 9am! I hope your hair is simple to do! You're gonna be up at the crack of dawn!
@stargurl101: Well... it's not really simple, but most of the work is the night before :) I'm doing pin curls, they'll take about 30 minutes in the morning to undo from my head and position appropriately.
My wakeup call is 6:00 am day of. MOH is charged with making sure I get up and shove some food in my mouth.

Okay, so some background in case you don't all obsessively read everything I've ever written (whaaaa??)
I'm having a morning ceremony and a brunch reception. We'll be having a string quartet for the ceremony and first half of the reception. We technically have the space as late as 3:30 but I doubt we'll stay that long.
Here's a rough outline of my day of timeline so far.
11:00 am guests arrive (guests are seated at the reception tables, no room change)
11:15 prelude music starts
11:30 ceremony
12:00 ceremony end, postlude, MC welcomes to the reception
12:15 brunch begins, mimosa bar opens
1:15 music ends, toasts, cake cutting, dessert buffet
2:30 couple leaves
3:00 guests leave, parentals clean up
What am I missing? I don't want to plan on keeping everyone there forever since it's in the middle of the day. But I also want to have a chance to see everyone, hold all the babies kiss all the grandparents, etc.
Anyone else have a midday reception? How'd you fill the time?
