This is very basic and our day is shorter than normal, but its a start.  Hope it helps.

4:00 PM           Venue open to bride, groom, vendors

5:30 PM           Guests arrive for ceremony

6:00 PM           Ceremony start time

6:20 PM           Ceremony end time, cocktail/hors d’oeuvres begin

6:50 PM           Cocktail/hors d’oeuvres ends, seating of guests for reception

7:00 PM           Introduction of bride and groom

7:15 PM           Begin dinner service

8:00 PM           First dance, followed by father/daughter dance, then mother/son dance

8:15 PM           Cake cutting, toast

8:20 PM           Dancing begins

9:55 PM           Last dance

10:00 PM         Music ends, bar closes

10:30 PM         Bride, groom, and guests depart

There is a great one on A Practical Wedding – maybe one or two pages back. It has a secular and religious version. And each section has little notes. I would get it for you but iPads areimpossible. 🙁
