I also have thin, fine hair but its wavy so can be frizzy. My suggestion is use as little heat as you can. How often do you wash your hair? My hair dresser told me to go as long as I can between washing…..so hard for me but I try every other day or MAYBE 2 on weekends. I usually wash it, let it air dry and then use my flat iron or curl stick and then the second day I will do a pony tail or something. For top frizzies, use a TINY bit of morocan oil….Its amazing!

I have a lot of hair, but it’s thin and fine too. I wash my hair every other day, and when I do, I use hair oil on the ends. I’ve never had to deal with frizz, even with the slightly wavy hair that I have *shrug*

oh, I also do not use any sort of irons on it. I got it permed in January, and I have been treating it the same as always.

drastic?  Maybe.  But I have been doing keratin treatments for the last 3 years because I hated my half frizzed hair (straight in the back, frizz in the front). I started doing them professionally, which were expensive treatments, but you only have to do them every 3 months (results are 100% on the first treatment, the every 3 months schedule is just to address re-growth).  Now I do them myself, I get the product from a friend who is a licensed hairdresser and can get them for me.  I save a ton by doing it myself, even though the actual product is expensive to beging with.  But the product lasts a while, the bottle is huge.  I am totally happy with the results.  Wash and go.  here is a pic.  I do use good shampoo… Joico K-pak shampoo and conditioner with a once a month k-pak reconstruct conditioning which is a bit more moisturizing than the daily conditioner.
