Weddingbee boards

Anyone doing these? FI is Navy and I really LOVE these...cheesy, yes, but a good silent nod to his service! What are you ladies doing?

Yup they come with a toss garter too...and I thought about at UT one since FI is a huge Vol fan (sucks about the 1 point loss today to Michigan St.) as well!

LOL! giiiiiirl i bought my marine corps garter the same day i bought my dress and like 3 weeks after i was engaged. i looooooooove it! i wanted to wait to show him but i just couldnt lol he loooves it! i can't wait to wear it :)

I, too, will be wearing a garter made out of old army fatigues! My FI hummed and hawed about how big a role he wanted his army life to play in the wedding, and he eventually opted to wear a tux or suit instead of his dress uniform. The garter will be just a little piece of the army that we are able to incorporate into the wedding. We love it!

I had to make my own, my husband is a Coastie vet and looks like those, like all the other garters I looked at, only come in the big four (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines). I just bought a garter set, left the toss one as is, bought a little Coast Guard seal charm and sewed it on to the decorative one. It was SO worth it to see the look on his face when he was helping me out of my dress that night!

haha...I can pretty much gaurantee my FI will roll his eyes when he sees it...but my way out of that is telling him it's my something blue! =P take that FI!

I saw those and liked them! My FI and I met in the Navy! LOL I was looking at the ones from Hortense B. Hewitt, just Navy blue garter with silver anchor charm! But I LOVE how those DB ones come with the toss one!

@KT~How sweet! I've not heard of the other one before, I'll check those out. And yeah, I was really impressed with the fact they had a throw away garter too!
