if you don't mind shooting a bit up 95 to philadelphia, i'm using dollface studios (www.dollfacestudio.com) for my boudoir shoot.
I live in Richmond, VA (not too far!) My wedding photographer is fabulous and also does boudoir shots as well. In fact, I think that's how she got into wedding business ...! Her name is Melody Smith www.twilightimages.com
here's the right link www.twilightimages.net
I think the most well known boudoir photographers in the DC area are the Regetis. http://www.regeti.net They were the ones to really popularize BP in this area.
I was looking on DC knot boards and ppl said that there was a Boudoir Marathon by Tait Photography in March. When I inquired about it, they they were already booked! I had her put my name on the cancellation list. She said that they may open up more slots. I think that they are more affordable than Regetis and they have a hair/makeup person there for an small extra charge.
When I was some researching, I found that the photographer Genevieve Leiper works with makeup artist Victoria Stiles to do b-pics. She doesn't sample her pics online though, but I was impressed enough with her other work to consider her for my main wedding photographer!
I used Genevieve Leiper and Victoria Stiles for my wedding this past March! THEY WERE AWESOME! I have absolutely no complaints. I was soooooo pleased with my pictures and my makeup. I went to Genevieves house to look at pictures of other weddings she has done (she also has a lot on her website) and they were all so pretty. I got married in Arlington where there was nothing particularily scenic to be photographed with. But wow did she do a good job. She is really good at photographing the people and doesn't necessarily need pretty scenery to make it look nice. Several of my friends got married around the same time and I don't think their pictures looked half a pretty. I can share some if you would like. Good Luck!
We used Genevive for our engagement pictures 2 yrs ago and I think for the price they were good, but definitley nothing groundbreaking. I think she'll take nice pictures but I wouldnt' expect anything super creative. But if you want to save money she'll probably do a pretty good job. Also we asked a while ago for our digital images and she "promised" to get them to us as soon as she could and 2 yrs after taking them we still don't have them....

Does anyone have recommendations on a DC area boudoir photographer?
