Doesn't the Watters website have a "Vendors" link where you can look up shops in your area that sell BM dresses?
Hannelore's in Old Town carries Watters BM dresses, but their service is kind of hot and cold. Sometimes it's great, other times not so good. I think your best bet would be to check on the Watters site to find out which shops in the area carry their lines, and then look for reviews on each individual shop. Good luck!
Jeanettes in Manassas is where I got my Watters gown for cchheeaapp. They have everything and it's amazing! I know they are trying to sell out the store though so call before you go to see what they have. Also search ebay, and maybe check out J. Crew's collection of bridesmaid dresses? That's what my sister did for her simple white gown and it was perfect. (She used the Sophia long ivory dress) You can buy sashes with handmade flowers or add a brooch from Etsy to really spruce it up... so perfect and lovely!
http://www.jeanettesbride.com/ is their website
^I also got my Watters bridal gown (50% off!) at Jeanettes...they had a ton of bm dresses there, too. They were only selling samples when I was there on October 31 but they thought that might change, so yes, you should probably call.

I've heard a lot about this whole "buy a white BM dress to save money" business, and Watters and Wtoo have a few that look similar to the dresses I liked that I tried on when I went dress shopping.
Anyone have a bridal shop you love that sells them? I'm very open to recommendations rather than just doing their 'find a store' option, because good business deserves more business in the bridal world (at least IMHO)!
Thanks!!
