Hello,

Just wanted to catch up with local brides.. I am currently looking at the Silver Spring Civic Center for both the cermony and reception. Still looking for a DJ with lighting, caterer and photographer!!! I am a bride on a budget 15K for 150 guest!

@SGreen: hello again! I recently met with DJ Angie D. She has a package with lighting. I recommend you check her out. Our caterer is Putting On the Ritz and photographer is Sam Hurd (broke the bank but it was the most important vendor for me). Good luck! Oh! On the DC board there is a thread at the very top with a lot of the vendors that brides have used. Check it out!

@SGreen: Welcome to the Hive! We've only booked our venue so far (Carnegie Institute), but we're searching for photographers and caterers (narrowed down to R&R Catering in Alexandria and MK Catering Hyattsville). Keep me posted on your vendors, maybe we can trade ideas! :)
