I found an amazing Homa Veil Style #286 for $20. It is a cathedral length silk tulle with corded edging and scattered crystals and pearls. The silk tulle really truly makes it hang beautifully and I have never felt more beautiful in my life than while wearing it. It does have one small hole (less than the diameter of a pencil eraser) in the body of the veil and one small tear at the bottom. I had to search to find them they are not that obvious unless you are looking. My choices are to wear it as is, try and fix it with either the fabric adhesive or monofilament or find a professional.
Any Bee wisdom on this?

If you had to look to find them, no one else will see them. Trying to repair it might damage it more.

Don’t use any kind of adhesive on silk tulle. If you had to search to find it and you knew it was there somewhere, chances are no one else is ever going to see it.
Silk tulle is to die for, leave it alone and high five yourself (several times) for finding such a bargain.

Thanks all – I will do just that leave it alone! – I had another veil that I liked but was just ok however this is beyond ethereal!! I popped it on and my Fiance lost his breath. I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world at that moment and this was with my makeup worn off and my hair scraped back . . .
