Dealing with weight gain/body changing

@MrsN14:  5 lbs doesn’t seem so big of a change, though going up 7 jean sizes seems odd. how is your portion control? Gym won’t help as much as diet, that will most likely add muscle. It’s more important to pay attention to meaurements as opposed to a number. I was 120 all through high school, 128 now but I’m actually fitter and have boobs and hips. (I’m overemphasizing the boobs, but hey)
