Weddingbee boards

I met with Rose and Doris this past Wednesday and I'm in LOVE!!!!!  As FI and I knocked on the door to their basement studio, in the window I saw a crystal tree, vases galore, but most importantly vases filled with fresh flowers.  Now any girl knows that it's hard to resist the smell of fresh flowers, so you can only imagine my delight when the doors opened and there was a scent of fresh roses!  I was loving it already. 

We sat down and it did not take me long to bring the crazy bride out!  Rose and Doris sat across from me, and placed the GORGEOUS centerpiece that would be at my wedding in front of me.  In 72 hours flat, they had understood my vision for the wedding, recreated a piece from a picture I had sent them and made it that much bigger and better!  I was so happy I almost cried!  I made FI understand the difference between our wannabe ex-florist and a truly talented florist.  Yes, I had made the best decision in firing the other one.

They had apparently submitted my order for flowers even before I went to see them to be sure they would arrive in time.  The trust they had in me only made me feel that much better!  Bottom line is Rose and Doris of www.designsbyroseinc.com are phenomenal!

As for my battle with my current ex-florist...yeah they want to give me an $800 "upgrade" for my ceremony altar flowers...hello?!  If I had like his work to begin with, I wouldn't have fired him!  What is not clear about that...but that's a whole other story.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rose and Doris for your wedding in the local area, because not only did they NOT take advantage of the fact that I was desperate for a new florist, but they gave me a better price and still offered me a full refund after they heard about the "upgrading" I would get from my ex-florist.  Who does that?!  They are a wonderful mother daughter team and I can't wait to share my big day with them!
