Are you height-ist? How come you don’t make cute open toe shoes in the 50mm-70mm (2-2 1/2 inch) range? Also, when you come across your friend Jimmy, can you ask him the same question? I’m even willing to compromise with a 2 3/4″….
Your desperately loyal fan
Am I the only one out there with this frustration? Can anyone help?

@Okole Maluna: I agree! I prefer my heels at around 3″ or so but most of Louboutins, Manolos and Choos are hovering around 4″ or more! Same with Valentino, Prada…I can go on and on. Don’t they want my money??? 🙂

Thanks for the support cali_girl! I was originally insistent that it would ONLY be ivory CLs…then I said, “Ok, I’ll consider color/pattern” Then it turned into “considering” Manolos, Choos, Pradas, and Valentinos. Now I’m just desperate for it to be 1. between 50-70mm 2. Open toe. 3. Not ugly.
Even doing that though I can’t find anything that fits that category. I bookmarked a Kate Spade and a Weitzman, but I’m holding out, hoping to get a nice pretty italian shoe. Please let me know if you come across something.

I know what you mean. I look at all the pretty shoes everyone picks – and I think I couldn’t walk two steps without falling 🙁

If you have a really good cobbler you can have an inch taken from the heel height of any of the high end designer shoes. The Manolo flagship in NYC first recommended this to me. Loubies might be harder due to red but I would still think you could if you really loved a particular pair.
