Are you going to be wearing it with an e-ring? If so, it’d be helpful to see pics of them together.

In that case, I think I like Option #2 (the half eternity on your index finger). If it’s the only ring you’l be wearing and want it to be impressive, that will be more striking. I also think the fact that it’s a half eternity will make it a bit more comfortable for daily wear and easier to maintain. Plus, as you said, it’s the one that catches the light better and looks more like what you’ve envisioned.

But I don’t really like full eternities generally, so I might be a bit biased!

I’m with her. Besides,  why pay for stones no one sees. Not to mention worrying about damage. I love the half eternity for your everyday ring. Ultimately,  which one would you regret not keeping?  You’ll be happier in the long run with the one that suits your wishes better.

I agree with TheGridMonster:  #2 all the way, especially since you’ll be wearing it by itself

I agree with everyone else. Number 2 is better suited for a stand alone ring.

I agree with the other posters. A full eternity seems like a waste to me. I have a half and it very rarely gets turned around so nobody knows how far around the diamonds go. Plus I would hate to have to be so careful with diamonds on the inside of my hand where I am gripping things!

I agree with everyone else. And I am not a fan of full eternity rings and the way they feel when you wear them. So not comfortable. For a stand alone ring, I think the second one is perfect!
