This isn't my wedding, but I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding this December and her colors are going to be peach, cream, ivory, and shrimp.
I'm leaning more towards the medium/brighter purple (regency) and then doing red flowers, such as xmasy type of boquets with red roses....
We're going with saphire and silver with a merlot accent....I think.

We were supposed to be in december- I am having a christmas theme, green, red & gold!
Royal blue, silver, and white.
I think your ideas for bolder colors like purple, red, etc. are probably better than a pastel for winter.
we`re going with cranberry, dark grey and pale pink. Fingers crossed that they will work together with the venue!
I love black and white damask- so we're doing that! Also having red accents because its my favorite color. :)

I think I just decided lavender, navy, and pink:) There might be a little silver or white as well(snowflakes/ornaments, haha)
We're on NYE so we wanted black and silver, I'm also throwing in Peacock and Peacock feathers...
My colors worked really well for a winter wedding, even though it was in the fall. I really didnt care, cuz they were my colors, and I felt like I could do whatever I wanted no matter the season! I had pool blue, turquoise, aqua, touches of seafoam green, black and white. I had so many blue varaiations because it was so hard to match the blues, so I figured varations would work, and they did!!
Turquoise/Aqua is my favorite color...had it have it!
My wedding is on NYE, so also included black, white, and silver.
Will have some black and white damask and black with white polka dots somewhere too since I love the way it pops against turquoise/aqua.
My colors are gold, champagne, and ivory. Basically anything shimmery and sparkly. I needed my color theme to compliment my venue that will already be decorated for Christmas.
Navy and yellow. Yellow is all shades of yellow (my favorite color) and will mostly be in flowers. I'm also thinking of black pashminas for my girls who will be wearing navy dresses.
Teal and chocolate brown with cream/ivory. FH loves brown, I love teal, and they worked together, but I especially liked them for the winter date we set :)
Orange and green, with a touch of turquoise. I know, they don't seem like December colors, but I'm getting married in the Florida Keys, so I'm going with a "modern tropical" theme. :)
Our wedding is New Years Eve, and our colors are black, ivory, and champagne.
different shades of purple (more of the earthy purples), ivory, different shades of grey, earthy greens, light blue, taupe....the list goes on. think martha stewart got hit in the head with the ubber modern and chic stick. i'm sooooo excited!!
My colors are black, silver and fuschia. Hoping it will work for Christmas...if i had it do over, probably would've went with red instead of fuschia, but pink is my favorite color. I hope it all works out :)
I'm now only using lavender in my wedding. I hope it doesn't look too funny!

what are your colors? I am still trying to decide on mine! I was originally going to do lavender and pink...then it changed to lavender and dark purple....But my sisters didn't like these....and were calling me bridezilla for wanting lavender:(
So, I am now thinking a medium purple (regency)..and maybe red...
OR
Jade (either Jade and pink, or Jade and dark red, like Apple)
So just curious what everyone elses colors are??
