4)Paper for invitations has been purchased and the design for the invitations is ready
5)Tranportation has been booked.
6)Guest list has been finalized but I too am working on addresses from my fiancee side
7)Have chosen the Bridemaid dresses also.
Need to DO:
-Book a decor company - I need chair covers for my venue
-Florist needs to be booked but I have one in mind
-I need to book a DJ for our entertainment.
-Also, Attire for the Groom and Groomsmen needs to be confirmed

I just booked my chapel today!! so we have a place to get married. I think we've figured out the reception portion of it but I'll have to keep you updated on what we decide for that lol!!

Think that's about it! Slowly but surely!
Nothing. LOL!!! Plenty of inspiration boards, but that is about it. We have our theme. Nothing else. Well, it's because we're getting married NYE 2011. So, we have lots of time. However, we do need to book a venue this summer, but I'm holding off until he puts a ring on it.
holy crap - ya'll have done a lot! now i feel bad b/c i thought i was on top of things and now i feel like i'm sooo far behind, lol. :(
have done:
- booked church
- marriage prep completed (getting married in a catholic church - 'nuff said)
- reception venue booked
- caterer booked (only b/c it comes with the venue - hotel)
- cake person booked
- photographer booked
- ordered piece of my dress (ridiculously gorgeous bolero... now if only i can find an equally gorgeous dress to match, lol "/)
currently working on:
- std's (should be out by the end of this month!)
- flowers (have several ideas picked, now just to need to talk to florist)
- centerpieces (i've changed my mind 80 million times "/)
- guestbook wish tree (hello gorgeous manzanita branches!)
- looking for lots of candle votives! (or at least i'm thinking about looking for lots of candle votives - haven't really actually started the looking just yet, lol. oops!)
- guestlist (ack! gotta have it done before std's can go out; so soon!)
- hotel accommodations for guests
- overall layout of ballroom (tables, guestbook, dj, bar, etc.)
still need to do:
- pick a dress and then order it!!! (procrastinate much?)
- pick bm's dresses and order them too!! (i think so!)
- boys' attire (groom + wedding party)
- invites!
- programs (which would require an already planned out ceremony, which we don't have, lol)
- plan out ceremony!
- find a dj!
- 80 million other things that i can't think of right now! :(
sooo, yeah. you all are WAYYY ahead of me. good for you! baaaad for me, lol.
wow you still have lots of things done!! i don't know what my guys are wearing yet :( nor do I know quite a few things that some of the ladies have taken care of. i'm still in negotiations with the caterer.

-Bought about 1/2 of the centerpieces, making the other half
In progress:
-We've met with caterers and need to decide which one...we have menus picked out for these options and rentals organized too
-We likely have a friend doing the DJing--need to confirm
-Hotel block research
-STDs: designed and ready to print as soon as we have hotel and website info
-Invitations: paper picked out, need to design, print, assemble
Still need to:
-This makes me sound like a terrible bride, but I have my MOH but haven't decided on the rest of my BMs yet...so no dresses or anything like that
-Need my dress altered
-Decor, flowers
I got the mockup back for our invites from the graphic designer!! They look really fun... There are still things that need to change but here they are (without the stamped chandeliers and rhinestones and the belly band ribbon and wax seal that is lol!!!)
We are having a fried catfish option as well so there will be a little fish and the blocks will be black i love them!!
