We are also doing winter theme in november (black friday). I would stray away from December becuase the holiday's are so hectic, but at least here November may as well be winter. We actually get more snow in November than December on a typical year...
I'm have a wedding in novemeber too! And also winter themed :) I really wanted a winter wedding but didn't want a Decemeber wedding because how busy that month that already is, and most of my guests will be travelling!
@MissDW: Aww I originally wanted to do a black friday wedding too!! Unfortunetly my aunt (more like 2nd mother) is a big manager at Macy's so black friday would have make it almost impossible for her to me there and that just wanted about to happen. Are you considering putting any fun black friday ideas into your wedding?
Creating a winter wonderland in Texas sounds like a fun thing to do any time of the year--it's all in the theming :)

hi i wanted you guys opinions, so please do not hold anything back
i recently got engaged to my high school sweetheart of four and a half years and we were deciding on a date, he wants November 16, 2013 and thats fine but i want a winter wonderland themed wedding. November is Fall, not winter but i want to know if thats okay. i do not want people to think im crazy to have a winter wonderland wedding in november. i also liked the date December 7, 2013 but he says thats to close to Christmas and money is tight. please let me know what you guys think.
