My sister and BIL had their reception at Glen Foerd in November 2007. Beautiful and the "flow" of their evening (cocktail hour in foyer / hall area, dinner in dining room [duh], dancing in conservatory) totally inspired Mr. Bru and my desire to "move" our guests to different locations throughout our reception. Happy to chat more if you'd like!
We were strongly considering Winterthur, but it became too expensive for a ceremony and reception the way we envisioned it. Nicole (catering manager) was helpful and kind.
Just blogged about the venue here, but if you're looking for more details, let me know.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
Any opinions? I am deciding between several venues:
Elkins Estate
Belle Voir Manor
Winterthur Estate
Glen Foerd or Knowlton Mansion
I need to decide soon, so any helpful input would be greatly appreciated!
