We are going for out tasting this week and need to decide which seafood dish we want to try to be served at our wedding! I cant decide!!
Horseradish crusted Salmon or Seafood stuffed Sole with crabmean and shrimp with lobster sauce

I picked not salmon because I don’t like salmon. Also people love anything with lobster in it…but will the lobster be fresh?

they both sound amazing. the sole sounds a bit richer with the sauce and seafood. i guess it depends on the remainder of the meal and how rich that will be.

I picked salmon, but only because I a lot of our guests had seafood issues (severe shelfish allergies, or they keep kosher and seafood is a no-no). but if you know those aren’t issues with your guests, then ignore me 🙂

We are also having sliced sirloin and a chicken dish as well, just hard to decide on the seafood!
