@Minaaakim:  I think it will be beautiful! You are not a prop that needs to fit in with the rest of the decor. If you look better in blush, it only makes sense to wear blush.

You will be like the pink glow of evening preceding the night sky.

@Minaaakim:  Sounds awesome to me! We are doing dark navy, ivory/white and yellow. So a bit different but I’m confident your color scheme will look fab. Super classy. 🙂

I think it sounds gorgeous.  You’re the bride, you don’t need to match the decor – you’re the centerpiece! 😀  But I do think those colors will complement your dress really nicely.

No, I love the blush idea. If blush looked good on my skintone I’d totally rock it! I was planning a similar themed wedding too but now my wedding is in the middle of spring and I decided to do a whole different theme but anyway, you don’t have to be the typical predictable bride in ivory. I think that with your skintone, it’ll be a dream which is what I think you may have been going for. So yes, you nailed it!

Our colors are blush, navy, silver and ivory so I’m sort-of in the same boat! But I’ve seen some really gorgeous things done with these colors and I think together they can be super classy. This site has a ton of really cute weddings: And many of the brides are in blush colored dresses! Good luck to you on your wedding day! 🙂
