I don't really know how to insert pics either! I am doing balloons but in a different way... GIANT balloons above the center pieces. 
Some things to think about though... is it outside? if it is and its windy, may be a little dangerous... do you have a place/idea how to anchor them? How tall is the ceiling in your venue.....

They sell foil covered weights at our local dollar store. These have all kinds of colors and are used to anchor hemium balloons.
The ceiling in the dance floor area of my venue has 22 foot peek and then slopes to 12 feet.
