I don’t think you even need to have a vendors table (unless they are your friends or family anyway). Ours ate a boxed meal in the kitchen, which is what their contract required.

If they are eating in the reception hall, it doesn’t have to be as done up.  You can the florist make a smaller centepiece, or a low one if the guest have high ones.  With regards to dinner menu, it wont be necessary if the vendors have special meals provided for them by the reception hall.  I would definitely have the linens match.

Do they need a separate table? Usually vendors end up eating in the kitchen. If you’re set on going this route, I’d make sure the linens are in matching colors (don’t want to clash with the rest of your room), but I wouldn’t bother with a full set-up or any centerpieces that will cost you more money.

That sounds perfect. Most halls give you a nice price if you feed the vendors. I’m Italian lol so we feed everyone!
