I need ideas on how to decorate my ceremony venue! The chairs will face the other direction. I’m expecting about 125 people, which by my rough count of rows looks to fill only half of the room. I don’t know that I’d be able to get any of the chairs removed.

A pretty aisle http://diy.weddingbee.com/topic/pretty-petals-portable-038-mess-free-flower-aisle-runner
Your venue would look beautiful draped but I know that is costly. The money would be better spent on some great arrangements at the front. They will need to have really presence or they would get lost up there. I have a few on my pinboard that might work.
Sorry my internet is wonky right now and won’t let me copy/paste pics.

I think a nice altar arrangement in a bright color would really stand out. You could do that, plus add some flowers at the end of each row to tie it all together.

Is that an organ behind the table? If so will it be moved for the ceremony?
If so, you could think of doing a feature backdrop hanging from the architecture on the front wall.
I am using this picture for inspiration.
You don’t have the window as a source of light but you do have that triangular shaped architectural feature. You could drape just the area below that triangle and do back lighting to give the appearance of a window.
If you are into DIY you could make a floral curtain to hang there. I would do the top of the curtain in the same shape. This one is made by a bee named eehkay
You could also do a paper ball “chandelier”
or do a paper garland canopy hanging from the same triangle
