ITs a great start. I agree, it needs something. I think it either needs some color or texture if you like the monochromatic look.
Maybe a large picture on that wall when you walk in.
Another idea is to roll towels instead of TP on that shelf. It serves as storage and decoration and can give you depth, color and texture
EDIT: Wait I am confused. those are two different toilets from different rooms.
Why not do an acccent wall of color, tile or stone behind the toilet? Visual interest in a small space
1. I would hang the picture closer to the toilet or use a larger picture.
What is that red item on the side of the toilet?
If you are using blue for your towels, I would hang two blue towels folded in thirds lengthwise from the towel bar on the shower.
2. I would fold that blue towel in thirds lengthwise also.
3. I would hang 2 hotel style fluffy white robes on the hooks so you can tell your guests they needn’t bother bringing a robe. They will love you as robes take up too much space in luggage.
4. I’m not sure what those blue things are.
In the second bathroom:
I would move the toilet tissue to a basket on the floor beside the toilet. I don’t think it serves you well as decor.
I think your art/hooks etc are too small/out of scale. It makes things feel out of proportion and oddly spaced. Also, the red thing on the toilet is super distracting. And maybe switch that IKEA toilet brush out for the white/cream version? It’ll stand out less.
the red thing on the toliet is a training seat for my son… lol.
