For draping the tulle you might try a thin wire/fishing line.... Definitely outside my area of expertise though. Sorry I couldn't help more.

So I am getting married in November in Florida. We are getting married on the beach and then having the reception on an outside two story deck/restaurant. We have tulle, white lights and lanterns to decorate and light the reception, but I'm not sure how to go about it. My mom has pretty much signed off on helping me decorate, so I have to organize any friends/help I can to get it done. Does anyone have any suggestions for hanging the tulle? I wanted to drape it around the outside, but the reception site doesn't allow staple guns so I don't know how to hang it securely. Any help would be awesome!!
