I am using these glass bottles for decorations already, but I have about 15 left and I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas of how I could use these at my upcoming wedding in October.
I have attached a few picutres of what I have already. We are going to be using the half way up jute twine bottles as tiki torches around our cigar / whiskey bar area. We are going to be using the jute twine bow with orange burlap band as tiki torches around our gaming area on the open air patio. I have not drilled my holes and put the wick in yet, but this gives you an idea of what we are doing.
I would greatly appreciate any ideas. 🙂 Thanks in advance.

I love the tiki idea! Is there a way you could use the other for table numbers of anything like that?

You could fill them with colored dried beans, lentils, peas etc and use them for candleholders.
you could use tapers in some and pillars on others. For the pillars you would have to glue a base plate on the opening. Cluster the bottles and raise some up on wooden boxes etc. You could have a cluster on the guestbook table, gift table, bar etc.

I already have wooden table numbers I plan on using, but if I didn’t have them that would have been a great idea.

julies1949: Beauitful picture and love the look of these especially since we are doing the whole fall theme. (burlap, rustic, pumpkins, mums, sunflowers) The bottle opening is not large enough to put any candles down inside of it, plus our venue will not allow us to have any candles indoors. I like the idea of clustering several together on the guestbook / gift table tables though.

We are going to have a coffee / hot tea bar and I can use a few at that for coffee beans and such for decoration.
Keep the ideas coming….they are much appreciated!! 🙂
