Wilshire Graphics will let you design anything you want for an embosser, you just design the graphic and send it over. Their customer service people are incredible helpful, too. If you want something a little less pricey, I know Joann's carries little embossers in their scrapbooking section near the decorative punches. Their selection of graphics is pretty limited, of course, but if you just want a basic design like a heart or star it might be a good starting place. For my money, Wilshire is the place to go. I bought a custom embosser from them that has worked really well and designed two more custom plates for wedding stuff since then. Good luck!
