I've never heard of it, but I know you could put in like a shadow box or something?
I've never heard of this, but it sounds super cool. I second the Etsy recommendation. Good luck!
Somthing like this maybe? http://www.hospitalityframes.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=868

Hi all
I am new here, but I thought maybe someone would be able to answer this question. I picked up my engraved wedding invitations today, and with them came the copper plate that they used to engrave the invitations. The owner of my stationery store said she knows that it is possible to have this copper plate incorporated into a glass tray so that the plate used to engrave our wedding invitations would always be a useful, decorative piece in our home.
I have been searching on the internet all afternoon and I haven't been able to find anyone who does this. Has anyone done this? Any ideas about how to proceed?
Thanks in advance!
