I’m so sad. I spent the better part of the weekend working on my cardbox. After I finshed, I washed my hands because they were full of glue…well I must not have dried them completely, because I noticed water spots on the top of the box today. I guess I can cover them with something, like rhinestones, but I like the plain, elegant look. Any suggestions how I can fix it?

How about adding flowers or a bow or something to cover the spots? *hugs* It happens to all of us at some point. Don’t give up!

Maybe make letters that spell out “cards” to glue on the top and cover it?

I actually read that a dry Mr. Clean Magic eraser would work. So I set out to try it on a scrap piece of fabric and saw that it didn’t do any harm, so I worked on the water spots on my card box. I’m not sure if I just rubbed out some of the fibers or what, but the “spots” look much more blended now and it looks like just a slight variation in the fabric dye. Whew!
Thanks for the support ladies!
