I don't know which brands to recommend, but I would get one with the largest holding capacity. The dehumidifier we have has a really small 'bucket' which needs to be emptied almost every day. It's starting to get annoying.
Or if you are putting it in a place with a ground drain, get one that you can attach a hose to. We have one in our unfinished basement and the hose drains directly into the floor.
We just got ours at Home Depot 5 years ago, and it's been working great!

Sorry this is a boring post!
Does anyone have any dehumidifier recommendations? We ahve a very damp basement and our dehumidifier sh*t the bed after only 2 years (WTF?!?!). It was an LG brand (I thought those were supposed to be good?).
Any help would be appreciated!
