My daughter was born at Winchester Hospital…not quite Boston, but close enough!

I actually live in Nashville now but I’m from Mass.  I know my first child will be delivered here in Nashville but if I have any more once I move home to Mass they will ABSOLUTELY be delivered at Brigham.  My best friend just had her second and went all the way from Plum Island to be delivered at Brigham!

I was born at Beth Isreal, 30 years ago!  One of our friends delivered at Brigham (she’s also an anesthesiologist there), and she had a very good experience.

I did my L&D clinicals (I went to nursing school at BC) at Beth Israel, and I thought the nurses were great, but other than that I’m not much help. If I were still living in Boston and had to make that choice, I think that the only places I’d consider in the city would be MGH, BI, or Brigham, but would definitely have to look into it more
