Hapas is a sushi place 1 block north of the Cherry Creek Mall, they have a sushi roll called “Orgasm” that is delicious!

Ryansgirl:  Well, if he’s a fan of craft beer, here’s a map that I made for the last time I was in Denver for GABF. There are lots of restaurants and breweries (mostly) within walking distance of the convention center. https://goo.gl/maps/pU0hD

I would recommend going to Peak’s Lounge in the Hyatt downtown for some drinks, and apps. You can see the whole city from there, and the service is great. I would also just take a walk down the 16th street mall, and stop and go into some of the bars/pubs. There is great shopping, and it is fun to just sit on one of the patios, and watch everything that goes on around. You can also take a trip to the aquarium, and have a great meal while you are there (the drinks are good there too). Since you mentioned history there are several great museums you can visit. You can also go to the Molly Brown House. If you have any other questioins let me know.
