Get one of the "clinical strength" ones -- Dove, Secret or Degree make good ones.

Degree. I found that the natural effects type work best for me when I get all hot and sweaty. Plus they smell really good!

I've had problems seems like my whole life finding a good deodorant and have finally found one that I don't sweat and smell with!!! I've been using clinical secret for sensitive skin now for about 3 months, and not once have I had any odor or sweatiness with it. I used to have to put deodorant on in the morning, afternoon and before bed....now I only put it on once!!!! I definitely recommend this product!!

The clinical strength ones are really good, put it on the night before and a light touch up in the morning.

I have found put it on a few minutes before getting dressed, it needs to "set up" some or it may rub off.

Degree works really well. But whatever you choose, I'd suggest trying it for a day or two, several weeks beforehand. I had a severe allergic reaction to a new anti-persperant/deodorant and it took over two weeks to recover from the reaction. I'd never chance ruining such an important day!

@Asparagus: When you put clinical strength deodorant on at night, do you shower in the morning? If so, doesn't it wash off?

@daydreamwanderer: I shower at night, so I don't have that problem. I just wash my face in the morning. I've put it on in the morning and it's been fine but I think for the best protection it's best to apply at night.

I put mine on in the morning, because that is when I shower and it lasts 24 hours. Also, I have never had any problems with the nasty white residue or it rubbing off on my clothes with the clinical secret that is!

I just bought Dove "Clinical Strength" in April because we were getting married in Mexico. It worked like a charm! I would totally reccomend it, plus it really does leave my armpits soft!

Edit: No residue here!
