Depressed and tired a week before the big day?

Have you been getting enough rest, relaxation, and proper nutrition?

I think getting burned out weeks and days before the wedding is normal; it is a stressful time. I can’t say whether the depression part is normal, but seeing as how you already deal with depression, it does make sense that it’s flaring up, so to speak, now.

Take some time for yourself. Do some activities you find relaxing. If you can, get a massage of some sort. Eat some healthy foods, take some vitamins, get extra sleep (or simply rest if you can’t sleep), and take it as easy you can. If activity helps you more than rest does, find some activities that you like and go to town. 

Do you have anyone that you feel comfortable talking to? It might be good to talk to someone, just to blow off some steam, get your thoughts out there, and get some feedback. 

You only have a week to go until the wedding, so hopefully when that’s done things’ll get less hectic and you’ll start feeling better.
