Oh  my goodness your dessert table sounds fabulous and decadent!

In addition to the wedding cake, we’ll have a croquembouche. My Fiance told me that he plans to make his own groom’s cake since he is a baker – this is important to him (he’s mentioned spicy chocolate cake. .. which is my favorite). He is going to make chocolate covered pretzels and oreos and salted caramels since he does chocolate/candy work too!

we are having:

  • shot glass pies: lemon meringue, chocolate mousse, and mixed berry
  • s’mores bar
  • wedding cake: hazelnut cake with bailey’s cream filling, or white chocolate cake with chocolate and cream cheese filling

We arent doing a desert table instead we are doing 7 different cakes.

Aside from our cupcake tower, our wedding package includes a sweets table with pastries and such. We are also hoping to order some chocolate covered strawberries.

i was thinking wedding cake and a plate of cheesecake filled strawberries on each table.. maybe one more plate with some other bite sized dessert item on each table with the strawberries

Our cake is being served with a white chocolate cup filled with berries and dark chocolate mousse.

I really wanted a Viennese dessert table after seeing it at one of the venues we visited (that fell sort in another department) but doing one at our current venue would add $15.00 a person and I don’t think it will be worth the expense, since it is an evening wedding and dinner will be served around 9 or 10.

We did wedding cake only. It was generic white cake, so I think everyone ate it and no one complained.

We’re having a cupcake tower for our wedding cake, and will also be having a lolly bar so we’re not planning on having desserts.
